ÖLBRENNERDÜSEN
ÖLBRENNERDÜSEN werden hauptsächlich in OD-Brennstoffdüsen und Siphon-Luftzerstäubungsdüsen eingeteilt. Die OD-Brennstoffdüse ist eine Hochdruckzerstäubungsdüse, die für die Verbrennung von Leicht- und Schwerölen konzipiert ist.
Es ist in vier Sprühwinkeln (45 Grad, 30 bis 60 Grad und 80 Grad) erhältlich und bietet drei Sprühmuster: Vollstrahl (S), Halbvollkegel (B) und Hohlstrahl (H). Die Durchflussmenge liegt zwischen 0,5 und 35 US-Gallonen. Die Siphon-Luftzerstäubungsdüse sorgt auch bei niedrigen Drücken für eine optimale Zerstäubung. Es wird häufig in Systemen zur Verbrennung von Diesel, Schweröl, Altöl, tierischen und pflanzlichen Ölen, Kraftstoffen auf Alkoholbasis, Kerosin und zur Ölzerstäubung verwendet.
